Q: How long are your massage sessions?

A: Our massage sessions vary in length depending on the type of massage you choose and the therapist you book with. We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions. Please note that we also offer longer sessions by prior arrangement.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

A: Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure that your preferred therapist and time slot are available. You can book an appointment directly with your preferred therapist or by contacting us through our website or phone number.

Q: Are your therapists trained and qualified?

A: Yes, all of our therapists are highly trained and qualified professionals who are passionate about their work. They have received extensive training in massage therapy and are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.

Q: Is your venue clean and hygienic?

A: Yes, we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously at The Tuscan Touch. We maintain a clean and sanitized environment and follow strict Covid-19 protocols (when required) to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and therapists.

Q: Do you offer any sexual services?

A: No, we are a strictly massage only venue and do not offer any sexual or oral services. Any inappropriate behavior or request for such services will result in immediate expulsion from our venue.

Q: Can I request a specific therapist?

A: Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment. We recommend booking in advance to ensure that your preferred therapist is available.

Q: What should I wear during my massage session?

A: You can wear comfortable clothing or change into a robe provided by our venue before your massage session. Please note that our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets over your body to protect your privacy and ensure your comfort during the massage.

Q: Is your venue discreet and private?

A: Yes, our venue is very discreet and private, providing a safe and secure environment for our clients. We take privacy very seriously and ensure that our clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their massage sessions.

Q: Is there parking available at your venue?

A: Yes, we have adequate parking available for our clients on-site, making it easy and convenient for you to visit us.

Q: Do you have shower facilities available?

A: Yes, we have shower facilities available for our clients to use before and/or after their massage session. Please let us know if you would like to use the shower facilities when booking your appointment.
